For learners who want to join the ever-growing Catering industry, our Aim qualification in Catering enables the learners develop a range of practical skills, focusing on food hygiene and storage, food preparation, knife skills, following a recipe and health and safety in the kitchen.

Our learners also have the opportunity to develop literacy, numeracy and valuable transferable skills to prepare them for the world of work through work experience in the local community.


Work experience is an essential part of our learning which enables our learners to gain confidence in employability skills thereby giving them wider opportunities for their futures.
