At LINK19 College we offer a highly personalised and inclusive approach to learning. We empower learners to take ownership of their own destiny by supporting them to progress and achieve to the best of their ability.  We develop their confidence and support them in learning the necessary skills needed in the next stage of their life.

We aim to provide a happy and calm environment to enable learners to develop their confidence through effort, success and praise.

Supported work placements enable some Post 19 learners to take their previous work experiences to the next level.

The learners work alongside a Work Placement Supervisor who will provide practical guidance and practical clarification within a placement.

LINK19 College is fortunate to have a host of partner organisations who share our vision for young people with SEND. Like LINK19 College they recognise that learners can make a real contribution in the work place whilst developing skills in their chosen pathway.  We are developing the range of organisations in our community who are making a valuable contribution to LINK19 College learners’ progress.
