Hospitality Pathway:

The hospitality pathway aims to equip learners with the practical skills for work in hospitality which includes food, drink, or services that are provided by an organisation for guests / customers. 

Learners who choose to follow the LINK19 hospitality pathway will be offered work experience mainly in the area of reception work equipping them with practical skills for work in hospitality. 

Learners will learn the importance of customer service, positive interaction with guests, face to face and over the phone.  Basic administration skills such as booking appointments, filing, compiling of documents and welcoming guests in a professional manner are all skills learners will have the opportunity to engage in.
