Catering Pathway:

Learners following the catering pathway have the opportunity to work in Cafe's and restaurants in both local business and national chains.

Working in the kitchen students gain skills and knowledge in the areas of Food Safety and Hygiene, key skills in food storage, preparation, cooking and cleaning. 

Learners also have the opportunity to learn 'front of house' skills such as table laying, restocking condiments, taking food orders, cleaning tables, bar tables, bar service and till operation.
